More and more contact centers are adding game elements into their processes to become more efficient. What is gamification? How can you use game elements for your contact center to make processes more fun, cheaper and more efficient?
What is gamification?
In the first part of this session, Chris van den Berg will take us into the world of games. He will explain on the basis of practical examples how gamification helps organizations to motivate and inspire employees.
After the boring theory you’re going to get to work. The group is divided into groups and you are free to apply your new learned gamification skills on a invented problem. Fortunately, you are not alone, Meilon van Abs will guide the workshop.
And at the end of the evening you get to take your game back home.
